2.1. To provide its services, the App requires access to certain data from your company's Azure login. By using the App, you consent to our access, use, and processing of this data as described herein and in our Privacy Policy.

2.2. Data accessed from Azure login may include, but is not limited to:

• User profiles (e.g., names, job titles, and departments)
• Email addresses
• Activity logs and engagement metrics related to app usage

2.3. We are committed to safeguarding your data and will use it only for purposes related to providing the App's services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

3.1. All users are expected to use the App in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner.

3.2. Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to:

• Use of offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour towards other users or staff
• Uploading or sharing inappropriate, illegal, or unauthorised content

3.3. Any violation of these standards may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access to the App, at the sole discretion of the App's administrators.

4.1. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials and any activity conducted through their accounts.

4.2. Your company, as the licensee, agrees to ensure that all authorised users comply with these Terms.

4.3. The App is intended for use solely within the scope of workplace engagement, recognition, and reward activities. Misuse of the App for unrelated purposes is strictly prohibited.

6.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.

6.2. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7.1. We strive to ensure the App is available and functioning as intended. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

7.2. Features of the App may be enhanced, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

8.1. The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by V.A.L.U Recognition & Reward and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorised copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

9.1. We provide the App "as is" and make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding its performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which your company is registered.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in the applicable jurisdiction, as agreed upon between the parties.
